Kammy Tsang is a seasoned treasury executive with over 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performing treasury teams at some of the world’s most prominent and fast-growing companies, including Uber, Meta, Equinix, Cargill, and Medtronic.

She has led treasury operations across complex multinational environments, supporting businesses in over 150 countries. Kammy has driven strategic initiatives that blend traditional finance practices with the evolving digital asset landscape.

Most recently, she built the treasury infrastructure to launch a Stablecoin with $300M+ in circulating supply. Today, through CapitalBridge Advisory, Kammy helps growth-stage and enterprise teams preserve capital, reduce counterparty risk, and maximize interest income — all while maintaining flexible access to liquidity.

She also partners with financial institutions to bridge the worlds of corporate finance and digital assets, helping leaders simplify complex flows across banking infrastructure and operational finance systems.
